Our Process
Reserve your spot!
Using the link below, reserve your spot from September through November. Our automated booking system will reserve your day and send over information and our standard contract.
Send in class lists
Approximately 2-3 weeks before your shoot date, we'll send you an Excel document to add all of your students' and teachers' names. This is to ensure a smooth efficient shoot day.
Photo Day!
Our photographer will arrive between 9:00am and 9:30am to set up the lighting and background. We will need guest wifi access to upload the images as we shoot. We aim to provide parents with a QR code to access their photos the same day, but under some circumstances this may take a couple of days.
Order photos
Using a QR code and password, parents can view and purchase their images.
Our printing partner can print in a variety of formats.
Receive prints
Prints take approximately 2-4 weeks after the deadline to be delivered to parents. If they're ordered by the deadline, they will be delivered in individual envelopes to the school for distribution. Any orders received after will be delivered directly to the child's home (shipping charges apply).
Book a retake
We offer a free photo retake day to capture all kids who were either sick or who want another shoot.
